The International Culinary Center’s Student Pop-Up Challenge is designed to recognize students for their ability to create and execute an original restaurant concept.
Competing in groups, finalists will present their original menus to a high-profile panel of judges responsible for selecting one team that will have the opportunity to open a pop-up restaurant this February in L’Ecole.
