Starting in September 2012, the French Institute Alliance Française (FIAF) Preschool  will open its doors to children ages 3 and 4 for a total, French language immersion experience.

As FIAF is the premiere institution of French culture in New York City, the FIAF Preschool will, no doubt, evolve into one of the area’s top bilingual schools. Using both French and American styles of teaching, the school will immerse both French and non-French speaking students in an environment conducive to multicultural understanding and linguistic development.

Graduates of the FIAF Preschool will have a strong command of French early on, as all instruction is done in the language, with the primary goal of preparing students for placement in bilingual or international primary schools.

Junior classes will be open to students who are 3 years old as of September 1, 2012. Class runs from 8:30 – 11:30 AM, and no knowledge of the French language is required. Senior classes will be available to students who are 4 years old as of September 1, 2012, and in order to be eligible, some knowledge of the French language is required.

The FIAF Preschool is accepting applications right now, so don’t hesitate to visit the school’s website
